Since 1976 CSV have helped tens of thousands of young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) to gain skills and confidence to find work.

CSV recognises that everyone’s needs are different. Our courses are tailored to the needs of the individual learner. We treat all our learners as individuals and believe everyone deserves to be treated equally. CSV believe that for our learners, developing personal skills and self-confidence is as important as gaining practical skills. For some, this means overcoming social or personal barriers to work including involvement in crime, health problems and long-term unemployment.
